Mr. Tucker is the president of the company and is located in the San Antonio office, which he opened in 1989 to handle futures for hedge accounts and to offer consulting to companies who trade in the cash grain markets.

Mr. Tucker holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics and a master's degree in international management. He began his grain career in 1976 with Continental Grain Co. His initial assignment was buying truck grain in Illinois. From 1977-1979 he traded rail and barge grain in Continental's St. Louis office. From 1980-1981 he was in New York City trading export corn and meal, working with offices in South America, Europe and the Far East. In late 1983 Mr. Tucker left Continental to become a FOB bean broker with customers in the U.S., South America and Europe. In late 1986 Mr. Tucker became a PIK certificate broker on the request and recommendation of several of his commercial accounts and it was during this period that his business relationship developed with John Stewart.
